Rijks Museum--アムステルダム国立美術館

この美術館を訪れるのは凡そ30年振り。然しレンブラントの「夜警」以外はほとんど覚えていない。「牛乳を注ぐ女」などフェルメールの作品は4点は所蔵されている。レンブラント、フェルメール、ゴッホ、ヤン・ステーンの作品は別載する。
アーヴェルカンプは冬のオランダ風景を描いた傑作を沢山残している。彼の作品は冬にも拘らず、寒さをを感じさせない、むしろ温かさが描かれている。好きな作家のひとりである。マウリッツハイス美術館、ロンドン・ナショナルギャラリー、ウイーン美術史博物館、ブタペスト西洋美術館でも見た記憶が残る。
